Matthew Rosenquist - CISO, Mercury Risk & Compliance

Matthew is a CISO, cybersecurity strategist, and industry advisor to global businesses, academia, and governments. Over 30 years of experience, an outspoken advocate, and respected authority in the field of cybersecurity who speaks to audiences and clients around the globe on emerging threats, digital ethics, disruptive technologies, and best practices for cyber risk management.
Matthew is currently the CISO for Mercury Risk and Compliance, formerly the Cybersecurity Strategist for Intel Corp., is on multiple technical and academic advisory boards, and collaborates with the top minds in the cybersecurity industry.

David Randleman is a cybersecurity leader with over a decade of experience in offensive security, consulting, and technical program management. Currently the Field CISO at FireCompass, he specializes in AI-driven penetration testing and attack surface management. Previously, he was Field CISO at Coalfire and a founding partner of DevilDog CyberSecurity. In David’s early career before cybersecurity, he served in emergency medicine as active duty U.S. Army combat medic and civilian EMT.
